Currently, in the areas of high economic activity scientific and expert community regards the global value chain as one of the tools to increase the degree of economic integration of the regional economies. Abstract
The notion of inequality arises in the process of comparing objects and usually characterizes the difference of the objects in terms “more” or “less”. The inequality of people and economic entities in society can both stimulate and suppress the initiative. It, as different processes and phenomena, has its positive and negative effects. On one hand, an inequality stimulates the successful development of a number of members and groups of a community. That is a positive effect. But such progress is at the expense of some other members and groups of a community. That is a negative side of an inequality. Some elements and parts of the community degrade, collapse, disappear. In this article we regard the Russian Federation, its population and regions, and some foreign countries as subjects of inequality. Some of the dangers of geopolitical inequality for the economy of Russia and of inequality in the country for the Russians and the subjects of the Russian Federation are discussed in the paper. The author says that geopolitical inequality destabilizes the world community, threatens the peaceful existence of different countries, Nations, cultures, religions. Inequalities in the development of constituent entities of the Russian Federation and tremendous gap in incomes and property status of Russians, induce a risk of growth in the number of law violations, public discontent, social unrest and class stratification of society.

It is concluded that the applicability of the “soft” selection criteria of fast-growing companies is to identifying centers of economic growth, while the “hard” criteria allow to study the most successful companies and to identify strategies for success. The use of “hard” criterion makes the analysis of fast-growing companies a valuable tool for the study of entrepreneurship. Abstract
The central part of the article is presentation of methodical approach to the analysis of the demographic situation dynamics on several indicators for multiple territorial objects, allowing evaluating each territory according to the degree of the demographic situation tension in general. For this type of analysis several indicators of demographic threats has been selected, on which the dynamics for regions of the Siberian Federal District (SFD) on the background of the all-Russian tendencies has been presented. The integral indicator of demographic security is also used (IIDS). Having compared the dynamics of IIDS for all subjects of the SFD three groups of regions in terms of demographic security in 1990-2014 are selected. It is shown that almost all regions with a low level of demographic security are the border territories of the Russian Federation, having the state borders with Kazakhstan, Mongolia and China. Thus, these regions require special attention from the authorities of different levels and the adoption of appropriate management decisions in order to remedying the situation in the field of demographic security. IIDS elaboration represents the scientific and practical interest, since it allows to look after the demographic situation in the whole on the territory of region, the Federal District or the country, analyze its dynamics and do comparative analysis across time and space. This IIDS can be used to develop measures of demographic policy at the federal and regional levels, as well as taking other managerial decisions to ensure demographic security.

Abstract
The availability of high-quality indicators system is a precondition for any statistical analysis. Statistical indicators system is a set of interrelated and mutually corresponded statistical indicators with a strictly ordered structure aimed at solving a particular statistical problem. There are a lot of different systems of economic and statistical indicators that allow to make quantitative and qualitative assessments of socio-economic processes and programs, but they are not sufficiently informative to conduct a full economic and statistical analysis. The author believes that the most high-quality and representative system is a combination of indicators of national accounts and operational business statistics. The resulting system consists of five blocks of indicators characterizing structure, dynamics, product demand, trends and promising of industrial production. The sources of the content information database are public databases and it is positively evaluated. Finally, the resulting statistical indicators system of industrial production in Russia should be full and sufficient both for high-quality and complete analysis of the domestic industry, and for review analysis of the industry of main trading partners, Russian industry mostly depends on.
