QUALITY PRODUCTS: PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS

The article is devoted to the problems of improving the quality of products. Focused on integrated management of product quality and production efficiency. Studied foreign experience in Standardization(England, Germany, the United States, France, Japan), quality requirements and address issues of national significance related to energy-saving, environmental protection, ensuring safety of life, the safety conditions inthe workplace. Given the characteristics of public and private functions in the system of quality management and recommendations for evaluation of the quality, based on quantifying the defining properties of indicators of thequality of the goods. Highlighted the basic principle of achieving dynamic stability of business-oriented, active response and measurement of internal and external risk factors. Concluded that there was a need to identify and use of reserves to ensure the competitiveness of manufactured products, the opportunity to improve the quality at the expense of breakthrough innovations at intellectualization that provides the creation of new products that affect the survival of producers and business development.
