MODERN PERSPECTIVE OF NEGATIVE EXTERNALITIES: PRESERVATION AND ELIMINATION OF OIL AND GAS WELLS
Abstract
In article the externalities theory of R. Coase in its modern treatment in relation to subsurface use problems is considered. The analysis of a situation is given and the system of measures for internalization of negative externalities (ecological technogenic damage) in case of preservation and elimination of oil and gas wells is offered.
