Abstract
The article analyzes the approaches to management of innovation development at the regional level. Principles, goals, objectives, functional elements to ensure innovative development of the region at the national, regional, municipal levels. The proposed direction, elements, principles innovation development of the region, the basic principles of functioning of a control system of regional innovative development.
