Regional Development Strategy: Projects Half-Life

Abstract

The article analyzes the implementation of some projects approved in the long-term Strategies for socio-economic development of regions and constituent entities of the Federation. It is revealed that the complexity of the coordination of interests of the state, regions and private companies gives rise to a change in the timing and extent of implementation of the first infrastructure projects, and inside them - transport. The conclusion is made about necessity of development of complex projects of development of regions of the new development and may be returning to the practice of territorial-production approach of the Soviet period, as well as project evaluations based on the use of economic spatial patterns.
