Reproduction of Staff of IT-Branch. Scenario Analysis

Abstract

Problem solving training companies in the IT industry is inextricably linked with the tasks of reproduction and development of personnel potential of universities. The pace of development of information technology make the IT industry is sensitive to the skills of the involved professionals. Professional competence of IT-specialists depend on the quality of their teaching, from the professionalism and skills of academic staff. Therefore, the decision of problems of formation of personnel potential of the IT industry is inseparably connected with the tasks of reproduction and development of personnel potential of the systems of vocational training. The article deals with problem of forecasting of demand for skilled personnel of information technology. Presented a model system of reproduction of human potential of the University and the organization of the IT industry in the context of continuous professional development. Described the links between educational structures, labor market and potential employers. Presented fragments of the dynamic model implemented in the computer simulation system Anylogic 6.9.0 University. Presented scenarios of the model.
