Стратегия антикризисного управления выполняет важную функцию по стабилизации финансово-экономического состояния организации в условиях кризиса, поэтому должна подвергаться постоянному совершенствованию, учитывать влияние внешних и внутренних факторов на развитие бизнеса, быть ориентирована на реализацию мероприятий по предупреждению и преодолению кризисов,ликвидации их последствий и недопущению кризисов в планируемой перспективе.
