Мировой экономический кризис 2008 г., геополитические кризисы в период с 2014 по 2023 гг. и социально-экономические последствия пандемии COVID‑19 оказывают существенное негативное влияние на фондовый рынок. Результатом этого влияния является значительный рост его волатильности и нестабильности.</p><p>   Цель статьи заключается в разработке методики оценки устойчивости фондового рынка и осуществлении на ее основе сравнительного анализа устойчивости фондовых рынков России и США.</p></sec><sec><title>   Методология</title><p>   Методология. Используются системный и сравнительный анализ, а также статистические методы и методы теории ценозов.</p></sec><sec><title>   Научная новизна</title><p>   Научная новизна. Разработан безразмерный показатель устойчивости экономической системы компаний фондового рынка.</p></sec><sec><title>   Результаты</title><p>   Результаты. Предлагается методика оценки устойчивости компаний — эмитентов фондового рынка на основе ее модели — экономического ценоза. В рамках данной методики осуществляется ценологический анализ структурных изменений и устойчивости рассматриваемой экономической системы. Проведена апробация разработаннойметодики на основе данных капитализации 100 компаний, входящих в листинги Московской биржи и индекса S&amp;P 500. Сравнительный анализ показал достаточную степень устойчивости фондового рынка РФ по отношению к фондовому рынку США — одному из самых развитых в мире.</p></sec><sec><title>   Выводы</title><p>   Выводы. Предложенная методика позволяет осуществлять оценку устойчивости фондового рынка как единой экономической системы компаний-эмитентов по их ключевому параметру — капитализации.Максимизация показателя устойчивости дает возможность определять потенциальную инвестиционную оценку выбранных акций компаний при условии стремления экономической системы фондового рынка в процессе ее эволюции к наиболее устойчивому своему состоянию.</p><p>   Практическая значимость. Результаты и выводы статьи могут быть востребованы не только регулирующими организациями и участниками фондового рынка, но и потенциальными рядовыми инвесторами.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>   Subject</title><p>   Subject. The global economic crisis of 2008, geopolitical crises between 2014 and 2023 and the socio-economic consequences of the COVID‑19 pandemic have a significant negative impact on the stock markets. The result of this influence is a significant increase in stock market volatility and instability.</p><p>   The purpose of the article is to develop a methodology for assessing thesustainability of the stock market and, on its basis, carrying out a comparative analysis of the sustainability of the stock markets of the Russian Federation and the USA.</p></sec><sec><title>   Methodology</title><p>   Methodology. Systematic and comparative analysis is used, as well as statistical methods and methods of the theory of cenoses.</p></sec><sec><title>   Scientific novelty</title><p>   Scientific novelty: a dimensionless indicator of the stability of the economic system of stock market companies has been developed.</p></sec><sec><title>   Results</title><p>   Results. A methodology is proposed for assessing the sustainability of stock market issuing companies based on its model — economic cenosis. Within the framework of this methodology, a cenological analysis of structural changes and stability of the economic system under consideration is carried out. The developed methodology was tested based on the capitalization data of 100 companies listed on the Moscow Exchange and the S&amp;P 500 index. A comparative analysis of the stability of the stock markets of the Russian Federation and the United States showed a sufficient degree of stability of the Russian stock market in relation to one of the most developed stock markets in the world — the US stock market.</p></sec><sec><title>   Conclusions</title><p>   Conclusions. The proposed methodology makes it possible to assess the sustainability of the stock market as a unified economic system of issuing companies based on their key parameter — capitalization.
