Автор показывает, что экосистемы как интегрированные организационно-экономические структуры, функционирование которых характеризуется развитыми внутриотраслевыми и межотраслевыми кооперационными связями, состоят преимущественно из интеллектуальных фирм. В этой связи управление экосистемой должно осуществляться не директивными методами, как в традиционных бизнес-структурах, а на базе принципов партисипативного менеджмента и самоуправления, что влияет и на специфику управления человеческими ресурсами. Сформулированы первоочередные управленческие задачи в области развития интеллектуального потенциала работников экосистем, а также методы повышения лояльности и вовлеченности персонала. Выделены проблемы трудовых отношений, возникающие в условиях экосистемной занятости.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents a conceptual approach to the formation and development of labour relations in the context of socio-economic systems. The author shows that ecosystems as integrated organizational and economic structures, which developed intra-industry and inter-industry cooperative ties characterize functioning, consisting mainly of intelligent firms. In this regard, ecosystem management should be carried out not by directive methods, as in traditional business structures, but based on participatory governance and self-government principles, which also affects the specifics of human resource management.
