Процессы технологических преобразований позволяют переходить на качественно новый уровень технологий бизнеса. Это дает основание говорить о наступлении так называемой когнитивной эры. В этих условиях развиваются новые управленческие технологии и подходы в менеджменте, в частности, когнитивный менеджмент. В статье рассматривается применение когнитивных технологий управления бизнес-процессами в цифровой экономике.
